Job Description
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the following job responsibilities in our Transformation Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans and release plans.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify and resolve problems with project teams and external teams.
- Ensure application security according to the bank’s information security policy.
- Adhere to project deliverables quality and process standards.
- Prepare status reports and establish effective project communication plans.
- Facilitate change requests and ensure project acceptance by business teams.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful elements.
Special Skills
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience in Agile and waterfall project management frameworks.
- Proven Leadership skills.
- Proficient in applications like MS Office, MS Project, Azure DevOps.
- Strong planning and tracking skills, ability to work under pressure.
- Strong Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Prior work experience in financial industry projects or banking domain is an advantage.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Project Management, IT, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in the software industry with minimum 2 years in project management.
- PMP, PRINC II, CSM Certifications are advantageous.
