Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Creating clear project objectives and managing constraints.
- Managing client relationships and stakeholders.
- Coaching project resources and conducting reviews.
- Providing technical advice and support to customers.
- Initiating new projects and resolving issues.
- Liaising with product owners and contributing to material development.
- Collaborating globally for high-quality delivery.
- Achieving individual and team KPIs.
- Ensuring process discipline and improving approaches.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- Ability to deliver software projects autonomously.
- Experience in building rapport and triaging technical issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
Education / Qualifications:
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Project Management qualifications preferred.
