Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Part of Order to Cash (OTC) function interacting with various functions within Business and stakeholder leadership teams
- Execute transitions and processes as per agreed SLAs
- Independently lead transition projects focusing on on-time completion with minimal post-go-live issues
- Conduct/attend periodic review meetings with cross-functional teams
- Implement best practices for transition planning and management
- Oversee quality measures during stabilization period
- Manage interdependencies and escalate delays
- Apply lessons learned from transitions to future projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 9 – 11 years in project management
- Experience leading multi-function, multi-locational transition programs
- Strong analytical & numerical skills with deep Order to Cash function understanding
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
- Strong project management and documentation skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- PMP, PRINCE2 certification desirable
- Experience in project management Tool
