Job Description

Experience and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / IS / Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in BA or PM role.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proficient in agile project management and JIRA.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• PMI with ACP certification preferred.
• CIMA / CIM qualifications advantageous.

Skills and Personal Characteristics:

• Manage client relationships and project coordination.
• Analyze business problems and suggest solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee project budgeting and scheduling.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
