Job Description
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong ability to foster positive and creative agile project teams.
- Advanced experience in requirements analysis, agile project management, and iteration planning.
- Advanced knowledge of internet technologies and software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of full life-cycle development and agile methodologies.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts within project teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to make timely and sound decisions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computing or Information Technology/Management.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager with skills in internet technologies and project management tools.
- 3-4 years of experience in software development projects as a Development or Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Preferred certifications, Licenses, Registrations: PMP/ CSM/ PMI-ACP Certification are preferred.
