Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, track issues, and help in resolving any project-related challenges.
• Assist in preparing and presenting regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
• Support the Project Manager in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
