Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Forms:
- Prepare letters, forms, and RFQ registrations.
- Compile tender and quotation documents.
- Coordination:
- Liaise with stakeholders for tender information.
- Manage tender evaluations and database.
- Meeting and Call Management:
- Organize meetings and video calls.
- Logistics and Deliveries:
- Arrange local deliveries and courier services.
- Coordinate insurance for shipments.
- Reception and Customer Service:
- Handle calls and customer inquiries professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/coordination experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of tender processes is a plus.
