Dynamic and results-oriented Power BI Implementation Lead with over 4 years of experience in leading and managing business intelligence projects. Expertise in implementing Power BI solutions from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Proven track record in team leadership, and stakeholder engagement to drive data-driven decision-making and business performance improvements. Professional Experience: – Lead the end-to-end implementation of Power BI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. – Oversee the design and development of data models, ETL processes, and Power BI reports and dashboards. – Manage a team of Power BI developers and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables. – Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions. – Developed and implemented project management methodologies to streamline BI project delivery. Core Competencies: – Power BI Implementation & Management – Data Analytics & Business Intelligence – Stakeholder Engagement & Communication – Data Modelling & Integration – Agile Methodologies – Fluency in English communication is essential as this role requires collaboration with Australian clients.
