Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, currently seeking a Manager – Project Engineering for a reputed FMCG company in Sri Lanka.
Job Role:
- Lead and oversee engineering projects, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery.
- Coordinate with teams for project integration and goal alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans with resource allocation and risk management.
- Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor team members and promote a collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project engineering, 2 years in managerial role.
- Strong project management skills and use of project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
