Job Description
The Project Development Manager will be responsible for managing the early-stage development of ground-mounted solar projects in Sri Lanka. This role focuses on identifying and acquiring suitable land, negotiating with landowners and stakeholders, and ensuring that all necessary approvals and clearances are obtained from relevant local authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Land Identification & Acquisition: Identify suitable land, conduct site evaluations, negotiate acquisition terms, and ensure compliance with local laws.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, facilitate communication, and address concerns with stakeholders.
- Approvals & Clearances: Liaise with local authorities, ensure timely documentation compliance, and navigate approval challenges.
