Job Description
Seeking Project Delivery Head with experience in managing BPM projects and a strong understanding of AI/LLM models, including data ingestion and AI model training.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, overseeing technical initiatives from start to finish.
- Over 4 years of experience managing small to medium-scale projects.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes, particularly Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Solid understanding of AI and LLM terminology.
- Capability to validate technical feasibility of new projects and requirements.
- Skill in capturing and documenting project requirements while collaborating with stakeholders.
- Proactive in identifying potential issues and risks, with strategies for resolution and mitigation.
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams across different functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Committed to taking responsibility and pride in project outcomes.
