Job Description
Job related duties and responsibilities:
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Carry out tasks simultaneously at the same time.
- Meet tight deadlines ensuring quality of output.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
- Have an in and out awareness of all tasks in progress and maintain a good tracking of the deliverables.
- Escalate any risks, issues or blockers to the management to ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Support the Project Manager in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
