Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Production Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years of experience in melamine board production to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities such as board cutting, board edging, production of melamine-related furniture, and coordinating the transportation of these products.
Job Role:
- Supervise and coordinate production staff activities.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
- Oversee the production of melamine-related furniture.
- Train and mentor production staff for effective performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to optimize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of melamine board production experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in production tracking software.
