Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and quality targets
- Lead, train, and mentor production team members for skill enhancement and safety
- Participate in Six Sigma projects for production efficiency
- Monitor product quality and raw material levels
- Provide reports on production metrics
Requirements
- Diploma or BSc degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in manufacturing, preferably ceramics
- Knowledge of ceramics manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Strong leadership and supervising skills
