Responsibilities:
- Ensure machinery functions optimally.
- Effectively manage staff and workers.
- Address customer complaints, implement corrective actions.
- Develop strategies to achieve production targets.
- Optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
- Maintain records of production processes and quality control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field.
- Diploma in a food-related field is an advantage.
- Close proximity to Gampola.
