Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team, manage site installations, supervise draftsmen, and fulfill key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, with a background in site installations and furniture manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production team efficiently.
- Oversee site installations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage rack board production and optimize processes.
- Supervise draftsmen in technical drawings creation.
- Implement strategies for production efficiency and quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on production performance and budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience in furniture industry.
- Proven experience in managing site installations and production teams.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
