Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager Factory/Manager Production (Food & Beverages) – Wattala

Company: Leading Tea Manufacturing & Exporting Company

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Production planning & implementing the plan.
• Overall responsible for production facilities and its activities.
• Meeting shipment deadlines.
• Accountable for all teas received for production and finish goods.
• Maintain production facilities in a clean and hygienic manner.
• Assure packing quality as per company’s standards.
• Manage workers and staff involved in production activities.
• Control costs in packing, factory overheads, staff OT & machinery.
• Improve worker productivity.
• Ensure all production machines/equipment are well maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Bio Science/Food Science.
• MBA holders will have an added advantage.
• 5-7 years of experience in Food & Beverages/Tea manufacturing.
• Experience in Factory operations is advantageous.
• Experience in managerial roles is preferred.
• Experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing industry.

Total Package: LKR 250,00/- – LKR 350,00/- (Negotiable)
