Located in the Wathupitiwala BOI Export Processing zone, the company has a state-of-the-art facility capable of producing a wide variety of products.
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Janrich Foods Limited in Nittambuwa. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and optimizing production processes to meet company targets.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
- Experience in supervising and leading production teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or related industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field
