Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate product development processes with vendors, adhering to internal timelines.
- Negotiate product costs to ensure optimal pricing.
- Oversee development samples to maintain quality standards.
- Visit vendors to ensure production aligns with sample quality.
- Identify process enhancements to optimize product costs.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in apparel industry as a development or costing merchandiser.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in critical paths, timelines, and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in textiles, industrial engineering, or related field.
- Passionate about sports.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
