Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of the production plan in terms of Hours & Efficiency.
- Maintain and drive required quality standards in the production floor.
- Follow up deliveries and loading plans and take corrective actions on deviations.
- Optimum utilization of allocated manpower and machineries.
- Coordinate effectively with relevant departments in meeting expected results.
- Work under pressure for long hours if and when required to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience in a similar capacity (Production/Merchandising).
- Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in Textile/Apparel manufacturing process and sewing operations.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Salary range: 100K-150K (Negotiable).
