Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely production operations.
- Manage product supply based on requirements.
- Maintain food safety standards and facility operations.
- Implement management systems for efficiency.
- Supervise Quality Control Staff.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Address factory administration issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Management.
- Minimum 2 years production experience in the food industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
