Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in the laboratory products industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and maintain product documentation
- Train and support sales team on product features
- Attend industry conferences to showcase products
- Work closely with R&D team on new product development
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the scientific community
- Provide technical support to customers and sales team
- Collaborate with marketing team on product launch plans
- Monitor and analyze product sales data for growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or marketing

- Proven track record in managing product life cycles
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
