Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our client as Product Manager – IT
Designation: Account Manager
Location: Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
- Ensure the expansion of the market and increase in sales
- Visit customers regularly and canvass for new customers
- Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer-related matters
- Handle customer complaints on products and services
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with the finance department on outstanding dues of customers
Requirements:
1. Diploma / postgraduate or degree in sales management
2. 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position
3. Preferably from the software / IT industry
