Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Annual Business Plan (ABP) Development: Develop and deliver approved ABP for the entire product portfolio.
- Identify industry, consumer, and competitor trends to formulate product and brand strategies.
- Set NPD guidelines for new launches and coordinate with relevant departments for demand planning.
- Convert forecasts into purchase plans, manage inventory, and communicate with suppliers.
- Liaise with advertising, media, and research agencies for communication strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor marketing budgets, manage promotional needs, and analyze post-promotions.
- Visit the market, attend sales meetings, and create tactical plans with the sales team.
- Formulate annual purchase plan forecasts, negotiate terms with suppliers, and focus on category performance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years in product management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of industry and market trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience managing product life cycles from ideation to launch.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
- Prioritize and understand customer needs.
