Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager at Mind Plus in Colombo. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of product strategies, conducting market research, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

Qualifications:

• Proven knowledge of the beverage industry more specifically towards tea and coffee extracts.
• 5+ years of proven experience in technical or commercial development roles in tea/coffee extracts
• 3+ years of experience in international business development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and market needs. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, setting clear priorities and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product enhancements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Oversee product development from concept through launch, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to measure and report on product performance and success.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
