Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific product/principal range and provide necessary support.
- Develop and implement market plans for the assigned product range.
- Handle pricing structure and manage the annual principal training schedule.
- Execute brand promotional activities in line with the principal event calendar.
- Supervise after-sales service strategy, manage customer life cycle costs, and maintain customer instrument files.
Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Chemistry or Applied Science.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a scientific laboratory (Analytical/Chromatography).
- Full or part qualifications from a recognized marketing body.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
