Role Description

This full-time hybrid role entails overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from market research to post-launch activities. You will define the product vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Position located in Colombo, with field visits island-wide.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in product management and development
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Pharmacy)
