Role Description
This full-time hybrid role entails overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from market research to post-launch activities. You will define the product vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Position located in Colombo, with field visits island-wide.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in product management and development
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Pharmacy)
- MBA or advanced degree in a related discipline is a plus
