Job Description
The Job
- Conceptualize new product development requirements for SME digital products and lending products on Fintech platforms.
- Develop product channels, segments, and partnerships aligned with SME sector lending strategy.
- Conduct detailed market studies on SME sector to design products that meet financing needs.
- Analyze market responses, upgrade products to meet regulatory requirements, and support sales and customer experience teams.
- Assist in resolving customer queries and focus on product expansions.
The Person
- Require minimum 5 years SME lending exposure and product structuring experience.
- Hands-on experience in managing SME customers preferred.
- Prior experience in digitization, automation, or Fintech Platforms advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Data Science, or related field.
- Collaborative work exposure in designing marketing campaigns preferred.
- Outgoing personality willing to travel island-wide to meet SMEs.
