Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Understand customer experience through feedback analysis and engagement with support channels.
- Identify product gaps via market research and propose ideas to enhance market share and customer satisfaction.
- Create presentations to convey the product vision internally and externally.
- Contribute to pricing and positioning strategies based on competitor research.
- Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and mock-ups.
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact and customer value.
- Collaborate with engineering for quick time-to-market goals.
- Coordinate product launches with various teams.
- Provide input on promotional plans for product alignment.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns and events as a product advocate.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Experience in successfully handling products from start to finish.
- Ability to generate and communicate product ideas clearly.
