Job Description
The Job:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients involved in technical implementations.
- Coordinate implementation processes across business streams.
- Engage in client discussions & relationship management.
- Develop project plans and lead internal resources.
- Acquire new clients with a focus on revenue growth.
- Manage product development and train team members on technological changes.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in data analytics or performance management.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in banking or financial industry a plus.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics or performance management.
