Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development for the canned fish and agriculture product lines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for product opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and marketing teams for successful product launches.
- Manage product development life-cycle from concept to market introduction.
- Ensure product quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Implement cost-effective production processes.
- Monitor product performance and make improvements based on feedback and market trends.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product development in canned fish or agriculture sectors.

- Knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in product development and management software tools.
