Job Description
Location: Nawala, Sri Lanka
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to 65,00 LKR
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service in our showroom.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and prepare accurate quotations.
- Maintain product information and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
- Utilize MS Excel and other MS Office tools to manage data and generate reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in product coordination or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
