Job Description
As a Procurement Officer at JATCo, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with procurement and financial policies.
- Maintain a payment register for timely processing of vendor payments.
- Process invoices in Oracle ERP for accurate financial entries.
- Generate monthly provision reports for financial planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline invoice processing.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance with policies.
Qualifications:
- GCE A/L in Commerce stream.
- CA partially qualified or relevant accountancy qualification.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
- Strong understanding of procurement and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP or similar financial software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
