Job Description
Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager for our Colombo location. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement activities, and overseeing contract management. This role requires working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the automotive industry.
