Job Description
Position Overview:
The Lead – Planning and Procurement will ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials, negotiate contracts with integrity, and manage procure-to-pay efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Ensure raw material and packaging material availability as per the supply plan.
- Negotiate price, terms, and contract conditions with integrity.
- Track orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for smooth material flow.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years FMCG industry experience.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong negotiation skills.
