Job Description

Job Accountabilities:

• Arrange all supplies, surveys, and services of tugs, along with work on drydocking CAPEXs
• Discuss pending requirements with ship superintendent, manage relationships with ship management department
• Perform inventory counts, update Vendor Master list, and resolve supplier invoice disputes
• Inform finance teams on accruals, work on audits, and evaluate supplier performance
• Follow up on pending payments, support in process issues, and work on strategic procurement goals
• Additional duties as requested by management

Minimum Knowledge/Experience/Training/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management with 1-year experience OR relevant educational qualifications with 4 years experience
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems, MS Office applications, excellent negotiation skills
• Exposure in freight options, Custom policies, and supply chain management is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage multiple projects
