Job Description
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Junior Executive at Browngrow Pvt Ltd located in Malabe. The role involves handling day-to-day procurement activities and supporting the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating purchases.
Duties:
- Researching vendors
- Examining prospective suppliers, and negotiating pricing and contract terms
- Preparing reports
- Tracking orders
- Ensuring timely deliveries
- Reviewing the quality of purchased products
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 2 or 3 years’ experience
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- SAP/ERP system exposure
