Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics or a similar field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation skills with suppliers.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify and source potential suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, delivery, and product quality.
• Manage supplier registration process.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and follow up on payments.
• Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supply conditions.
• Represent the company and travel as required
