Job Description
Job Accountabilities:
- Arrange all supplies, surveys & services of tugs, work on drydocking CAPEXs
- Discuss pending requirements with ship superintendent, maintain good relationship with ship management
- Conduct periodic inventory counts, update Vendor Master list
- Resolve disputes in supplier invoices, inform finance teams on accruals
- Work on audit arrangements, evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards
- Follow up on pending payments, work on strategic procurement goals
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
