Salary:
Bulk Merchandiser – Gross Rs 120,00 – Rs 140,00
Sr Bulk Merchandiser – Gross Rs 200,00 – Rs 220,00
Overview: Our client is seeking skilled Bulk Merchandisers/Sr Bulk Merchandiser to oversee bulk production processes and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams.
- Monitor production schedules and manage deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide leadership to the team.
Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, textile, or related field.
- 3 – 5+ years of apparel merchandising experience.
- Experience with Primark (Bulk Merchandisers) and Matalan (Sr Bulk Merchandiser) preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
