Job Description
Procurement Assistant is responsible for handling procurement activities for Sisili Projects Consortium Pvt Ltd and other business operations. The role involves ensuring cost-efficient sourcing of essential goods and services.

Sisili Projects Consortium (Pvt) Ltd. has over 40 years of experience in the Sri Lankan health sector and is a leading local sustainable manufacturer, waste management, eco-friendly laundry service provider, and strategic sustainable business planner.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Undergraduate in Supply Chain/Logistics or similar field preferred.
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work well within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare product evaluation sheets for various projects.
- Arrange supplier payments and submit necessary documents to Finance.
- Research and source potential suppliers.
- Handle supplier registration and record maintenance.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and Finance for deliveries and payments.
- Adhere to company procurement policies and procedures.
- Evaluate supply conditions based on quality, price, and delivery.
- Available for travel to represent the company.
