Our client, CAREER141, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Improvement Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, manage process migrations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and drive process improvement initiatives, guiding the team through process mapping, streamlining activities, and ensuring overall operational effectiveness.
- Oversee process migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and enhancing efficiency throughout the organization.
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions to address them.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by motivating and leading your team to achieve excellence.
PRE-REQUISITES:
- Degree or professional qualifications in Business Management, Accounting (ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a process excellence role with a proven track record of successful process migrations
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in IT (experience with MS Visio & Minitab a plus)
