Job Description
Fonterra Brands Lanka is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Process Engineer to join our team on a third-party contractual basis. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring process excellence, and supporting New Product Development initiatives within our Liquid & Culture Plant.
The Position:
1. Process Excellence
- Analyse KPI deviations and develop improvement plans.
- Lead standardization of meetings and ensure timely escalations.
- Drive performance reviews and continuous improvements using IWS tools.
2. New Product Development
- Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate trial procedures and monitor post-launch performance.
3. Health & Safety (H&S)
- Ensure a hazard-free working environment through regular monitoring.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BSc in Chemical & Process Engineering.
- Minimum 01-02 years experience in production management or process excellence.
- Good understanding of budgeting, continuous improvements, and KPI management.
