Job Description

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to break into the exciting world of supply chain management? We’re seeking a motivated Process Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our operational success.

Your Role:

• Contract Analysis: Review and analyze contracts to identify key terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverables.
• Performance Evaluation: Develop templates and gather stakeholder feedback to assess vendor performance.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive performance reports for each contract and vendor, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor and ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ months of experience in supply chain management or a similar role (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
