Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Process Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely collection of receivables and maintaining accurate financial records. This position offers a hybrid workplace mood, providing flexibility and balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact clients for overdue invoices and outstanding payments.
- Manage the AR ledger, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve disputes.
- Prepare aging reports and assist in processing payments.
- Maintain detailed records of client communication.
- Provide top-notch customer service and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Generate regular reports on AR status and debtor follow-up progress.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Accounts Receivable or debtor follow-up roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
