Job Description
Experience: 0.5 – 2 years
Domain Requirements:
- Perform data entry and validation tasks for setting up new accounts as per guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy of master data elements like customer info, pricing, and product details.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and other teams for necessary information.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in master data records.
- Maintain documentation of account setup processes for reference.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders for updates and issue resolutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for streamlined processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum GCE Advanced level or Degree/HND/Diploma (Non-IT)
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts (rotational).
