Job Description

We are looking for Process Associates to join our team at Gamage Recruiters Career. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to support our US/Canadian client projects. Key responsibilities include data entry, analysis, client communication, and quality control. Attention to detail is a must.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Passed GCE O/L’s with a C or higher grade in English, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of similar work experience
- Ability to work night shifts (US timings)
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, self-starter with a focus on improvement
- Long-term career mindset and eager to grow within a strong team
- Must reside within 15km of Colombo
