Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze the impact of volume, AHT, and shrinkage on staffing requirements.
- Maintain operational forecast variance to plan.
- Assist Work Force managers with forecasting and capacity planning through graphical analysis.
- Maintain flexibility to meet client needs.
- Analyze staffing plans to ensure proper allocation based on client and internal demands.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Ordinary Level with Diploma/Advanced Level/HND or Undergraduate qualification.
- 1.5 to 4 years’ experience in BPO industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently to meet SLA.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
