Job Description
- Validates a customer’s purchase order versus a Client system / Client requirement
- Makes outbound calls to acquire customer requirements
- Addresses customer complaints and elevates when all effort has been exhausted
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
- Responds to incoming emails and phone inquiries
- Perform quality documentation, closure and communication to the customer
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to internal and external customers
- Adapt to changing circumstances and assumes the role of change agent
