Job Description
The Job:
- Develop and generate insightful reports & dashboards using Excel & Power BI for various stakeholders (Managers, HODs, Directors).
- Analyze data from diverse internal systems (15+) to identify key trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing healthcare delivery and performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to address specific business needs and answer critical questions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear & concise manner.
- Work closely with internal teams (IT, operations, finance) to understand data sources, requirements, and challenges.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address emerging needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, etc.).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Excel & Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and report development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly and independently.
- Understanding of the UK healthcare landscape is a plus.
